Start with the card, then the price
A name alone does not identify a Pokémon card. The same Pokémon can appear across languages, sets, finishes, and printings. Match the details before comparing two listings.
- Match the set name, card number, and language.
- Check the finish, declared condition, and any grading details.
- Use marketplace filters to narrow the search, then open the full listing.
Look at the physical card
Catalog artwork helps you recognise a card; it cannot show wear on the copy being sold. Look for actual listing photographs and read the condition and custody information together.
- Look for clear front and back photographs, including all four corners.
- A card held by the seller and a card held by the platform follow different delivery steps.
- If information is missing, resolve it before committing to a purchase.
Know what you are agreeing to
A fixed-price listing and an auction work differently. For an auction, enter a maximum bid you are comfortable paying and read the bid confirmation carefully. Bids are binding.
- Review the full HKD cost breakdown in checkout, including any displayed fees.
- Read the current agreements and the available fulfillment choices.
- Confirm the payment method and final amount before submitting.
Follow your purchase after payment
Payment, physical verification, ownership, and delivery have their own progress. A payment confirmation does not mean the card has already shipped. Your purchase detail is the place to see the next required action.
- Open My purchases to follow payment and verification updates.
- The ownership flow includes its applicable cooling-off step before fulfillment continues.
- Keep your trade reference when contacting support about a purchase.
